Refund policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
We want you to be happy with FluxScalper. This page explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work.
Free trial first
Every plan starts with a free trial, so you can try FluxScalper on your own PC before you pay anything. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
14-day money-back guarantee
If FluxScalper isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, monthly or annual. No questions asked.
Renewals
- Monthly plans: renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Annual plans: you can ask for a refund within 14 days of a yearly renewal. After that, you keep access until the end of the paid year.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in the customer portal (sign in with your billing email), from the app (Settings → Account → Manage Subscription), from the Paddle receipt email, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't delete your settings or data, which stay on your own PC.
Plan changes
When you move between Focus, Desk and Floor, the price difference is prorated automatically by Paddle.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@fluxscalper.com from the address on your subscription, or use About → Contact support in the app (choose "Billing or plan"). You can also request a refund directly from Paddle using the link in your receipt.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Who processes payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds for accounts closed for abuse of the license or community rules, or for repeated purchase-and-refund patterns. Nothing here limits any rights you have under your local consumer laws.
