Terms of service
Last updated November 5, 2026
FluxScalper is a brand operated by its owner as a sole proprietorship ("FluxScalper", "we", "us"). These terms cover your use of the FluxScalper desktop app, its license service and its community. By installing or using FluxScalper you agree to them.
1. Not financial advice
FluxScalper is a market-analysis and tracking tool for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing in the app, on this website or in the community is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
- Trading involves substantial risk of loss and isn't suitable for everyone. With margin, short selling, options or futures you can lose more than you invest.
- Setups, icons, targets, grades and other indicators are analytical aids, not signals or recommendations. Past results, including HIT / MISS history and backtests, do not predict future results.
- Market data comes from the provider you choose and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Always confirm prices with your broker before you act.
- FluxScalper does not place trades or connect to your brokerage account. Every trading decision, and its outcome, is yours.
- Community posts, chats and shared setups are other users' opinions; we don't verify or endorse them.
- You are solely responsible for your own decisions, risk management, taxes, and compliance with the laws where you live. You must be 18 or older to use FluxScalper.
2. Plans and licenses
- Each plan allows a set number of tickers on your board, watchlists and coins included: Focus 18, Desk 36, Floor 64+.
- Every plan includes the full dashboard and Play-by-Play. Desk adds Play-by-Play (Advanced); Floor adds Creator Studio for recording and streaming. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing section and in the app.
- A license is for one person and runs on one PC at a time. The app needs an internet connection to start and check in.
- You can move your license to another PC by resetting your seat with a code sent to your billing email.
- Don't share, resell or try to get around license checks.
3. Trials, billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes, receipts and refunds under its own buyer terms. Every plan starts with a free trial; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling stops future renewals. See the refund policy for refunds.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Market data
You supply your own market-data API key and are responsible for following your provider's terms, including any limits on display or redistribution. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data.
5. Play-by-Play, Creator Studio and AI-generated content
- The hosts, their voices and their lines are AI-generated (by Windows voices, Kokoro, templates or, with Ollama, an AI model on your PC). They are not real people, can be wrong, and are never advice.
- When you record or stream, you are the publisher. You're responsible for what you record or stream and later publish, its title and description, and your platform's rules, including its rules on financial content and on labeling AI-generated content.
- Keep the on-screen disclaimer on and don't edit it out of recordings.
- Showing live prices publicly can need your data provider's permission. Prices stay hidden or delayed unless you choose otherwise, and you're responsible for that choice.
- Never show positions, balances or account details on stream.
- Only use images, logos, music and looks that you have the right to use. The built-in hosts are original characters; don't present them as real people.
- On days with scheduled sessions the app asks you to confirm a short streaming notice before going live, and records your choice (see the privacy notice).
- OBS Studio, Kokoro, Ollama, Docker and any AI models are third-party software with their own licenses and terms. You install and run them on your own PC; we don't provide or support them beyond the guided setup in the app.
6. Community rules
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech or threats.
- No spam, pump-and-dump schemes, paid promotion or impersonation. Promotion points are only for real posts you made; claims are reviewed.
- Don't post anyone's personal information.
- Posting limits apply, and profanity is masked automatically.
We may remove posts, reset points or suspend community access for anyone who breaks these rules. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it to other members within the service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update the app, its features or these terms; if a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
8. Limitation of liability
FluxScalper is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using FluxScalper and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for abuse of the license or community rules, or for non-payment.
