Card, invoices, plan changes and cancellation: open the customer portal and sign in with your billing email. In the app: Settings → Account → Manage Subscription.
Members can post in the #Help room from the Discussion widget in the app.
A license runs on one PC at a time. If the app closed unexpectedly, just start it again on the same PC — it takes its seat back. If you've moved to a new PC, use the reset option on the license screen; we'll email a code to your billing address.
Codes go to the email on your subscription. Check spam or junk, wait a minute, and try again. If it still doesn't arrive, email us from that address.
Your plan sets how many tickers you can have, including watchlists and coins. Remove some you no longer watch, or upgrade to Desk (36) or Floor (64+).
The setup wizard checks your PC before you choose a plan, and you can run the check again any time from Settings → Play-by-Play → Plans and your PC. It reads memory, processor, graphics, screen, disk and tools on your PC only; nothing is sent to us.
Check that Play-by-Play is started, not muted and not in quiet hours, and that Windows sound is on. On Desk and Floor, the natural voice needs Kokoro running: the status bar shows its state and the Kokoro setup wizard can start, restart or install it. If Kokoro isn't available, the app falls back to a Windows voice.
Open OBS Studio, turn on its WebSocket server (Tools → WebSocket Server Settings) and enter the same port and password in the OBS setup wizard in Creator Studio. The wizard can then build your scenes. Your stream key stays in OBS.
AI-written lines need Ollama running on your PC with a model downloaded, and run best on a graphics card with enough video memory. Without it, Creator Studio uses its built-in template lines and your show still runs.
Check that your market-data API key is entered in Settings and that your provider plan includes those quotes. Outside market hours the app shows the last saved values.
Usernames are permanent so that others always know who they're talking to. Email us if you have a good reason it needs changing.
Yes. Market data is live, and the license checks in every few minutes. If the connection drops briefly, the app keeps running for a short grace period.
Include your Windows version, the FluxScalper version you're running, and what you were doing when the problem happened. If the app showed an error, the log at %LOCALAPPDATA%\FluxScalper\errors.log helps us a lot.
